Everyone is invited to attend the book debut and author’s celebration of Maggie Vaults Over the Moon this Sunday evening, Nov. 18, in Wichita.
Author Grant Overstake will read from his new book and co-lead a group discussion beginning at 6:30 p.m. at Unity of Wichita, which is located at the corner of East 21st Street North and Oliver (2160 N. Oliver) in the northeast section of the city.
“A lot of people in the Wichita area are really excited about Maggie,” Overstake said. “Some of her biggest supporters thought it would be fun to get together and talk about what they’ve gotten out of the the book, and to explore some of the the deeper themes embedded in the story.”
Pastor Tim Lytle, who provided the voice of wisdom for the story, will co-lead the audience discussion.
A free wine and cheese reception will follow.
“I’m really looking forward to thanking the people who’ve been supportive of Maggie and me since we began the project well over a year ago,” Overstake added. “It promises to be a great evening!”
